Jump Start - Day 1

Today Naomi started Kindergarten Jump Start. This is where the soon to be Kindergarteners go for 2 hours a day, Monday - Thursday, for two weeks, then they get a week off and then school starts officially on the 31st. The bus was supposed to arrive at 8:41am, so we walked to the bottom of the hill with time to spare, and then proceeded to wait until 8:58 when the bus finally showed up. School starts at 9am. She was excited to get on the bus. 2 1/2 hours later (the bus was 15 mins late returning) she got off the bus very happy. She had a really good day, and "lots of fun" She brought home a picture she drew of herself, and traced writings of her name. She can't wait to go back tomorrow.
